Social policy

The system of social partnership established in SUEK aids the development of harmonious labour relations among the workers. OAO SUEK takes part in the 2007-2009 Federal industry-wide Agreement for coal mining in the Russian Federation. The collective agreements reached and applied to the company's operating units provide a wide range of social benefits to the personnel.

Wages and motivation

Management of the personnels' wages aims to maintain a competitive level of remuneration, achieving high production and economic results while improving labour efficiency. The company carries out regular indexation of personnel wages, keeping them current with the cost of living.
